* Implement to_list() for DAOs

* Expand doc string for to_list() and adjust tests

* Replace simple iterations over find_all results with to_list() in tests

* Use to_list in pagination test and add check for empty list case

* Bump version to 8.4.0

* Add better tests for pagination and to_list combo usage

* Remove that test from normal dao tests

* Apply suggestion
