fix: use textbook cover image from language directory; fix language switching (#4024)

* fix: use textbook titleImageUrl from language directory and fix language switching

- Accept titleImageUrl prop in SicpIndexPage (falls back to SICP JS image) and
  pass it from the language directory state instead of hardcoding the URL (#4015)
- Add cover image to SicpPyIndexPage using the SICPy titleImageUrl from the
  language directory
- Navigate to the new language's textbook (or playground if none) when switching
  language while already in a textbook route (#4017)
- Bump @sourceacademy/language-directory to commit aa2e030 which adds titleImageUrl

The component now uses useLocation(), which requires a Router context.
