refactor(bb_init): rename bb_registry sequencer -> bb_init (frees bb_registry name) (#623)

- git mv components/bb_registry/ -> components/bb_init/ (header bb_init.h)
- git mv platform/espidf/bb_registry/ -> platform/espidf/bb_init/bb_init.c
- git mv platform/host/bb_registry/ -> platform/host/bb_init/bb_init.c
- git mv cmake/bb_registry.cmake -> cmake/bb_init.cmake
- git mv test/test_host/test_bb_registry.c -> test/test_host/test_bb_init.c
- sed: bb_registry -> bb_init, BB_REGISTRY -> BB_INIT across all .c/.h/.cmake/CMakeLists.txt/.ini/Kconfig/.py/.md (157 files)
- zero behavior change; route_registry / bb_http_route_registry_* untouched
- make test: 2946/2946 passed; make check: exit 0; pio esp32: SUCCESS
