Consolidate three completer binaries into one multi-completer

Use carapace.WithSubcommands to merge ffmpeg, ffplay, and ffprobe
completers into a single carapace-ffmpeg binary. The debug CLI becomes
a subcommand instead of a separate binary. GoReleaser now builds one
binary instead of four.
