[BUGFIX] Avoid calling the `TranslateViewHelper` (#5233)

The `TranslateViewHelper` is merely a thin wrapper for
`LocalizationUtility::translate`.

We can skip this wrapper by calling
`LocalizationUtility::translate` directly, which
also avoids calling `TranslateViewHelper::renderStatic`,
which gets removed in TYPO3 13LTS.
