feat: add BYMONTHDAY support; fix PHPStan/CS Fixer regressions

- New $byMonthDay property, onMonthDays() wither, getByMonthDay() accessor
- fromRrule() parses BYMONTHDAY=; toRruleString() serialises it
- matchesByMonthDay() filter applied in expandDaily() and expandWeekly()
- expandMonth() handles BYMONTHDAY before byNthWeekday/byDay branches
- expandMonthly() wraps each month in matchesByMonth() guard (correctness fix)
- Restore @param docblock on constructor and @return list<...> on all
  private expand/generate/parseByday methods (removed by prior edit,
  causing 19 PHPStan level-8 errors)
- CS Fixer: expand packed multi-arg constructor calls back to one-per-line
