header: require matching Unix net for both connection ends

HeaderProxyFromAddrs picked UnixStream/UnixDatagram from the source
address alone, so a stream source paired with a datagram destination
was silently labeled with the source's flavor. Require both ends to
agree, leaving the header UNSPEC otherwise, mirroring the both-ends
family selection used for TCP/UDP.
