fix(playground): surface streaming errors and sanitize Gemini MCP schemas (#2382)

* fix(playground): surface provider errors in streaming UI

Wire toUIMessageStream onError through toUserFacingErrorMessage so
provider failures (e.g. AI_RetryError high-demand messages) reach the
playground instead of a generic "An error occurred." catch-all.

* fix(chat): sanitize MCP tool schemas for Gemini

Normalize MCP JSON Schemas before sending tools to Gemini (Google
directly or google/* via OpenRouter): drop non-string enums and collapse
union type arrays that Gemini's function-declaration validator rejects.
Other providers keep the original schemas.

* fix(playground): harden error message extraction for object errors

Drop the unused export on toUserFacingErrorMessage and extract a string
message from plain-object provider errors instead of surfacing
"[object Object]" in the UI.
