* Fix principalfolder doctest for Python 3.15 pprint format

Python 3.15 changed pprint's multi-line list formatting (hanging
indent with a trailing comma and brackets on their own lines), which
broke three doctests in principalfolder.rst. Replace the
version-dependent pprint rendering with a plain print loop so the
expected output is identical across all supported Python versions.

* Drop support for Python 3.9.

* Add support for Python 3.14.

* Add preliminary support for Python 3.15.

* Configuring for pure-python

* Update Python version support.
