Reshape gormzhcn into a Chinese naming guardian

Drop the generation wrapping; keep one job: validate that GORM table, column and index names are database-safe, through Chinese type and method names.
Move onto gormmom v0.0.2: expose T模型校验器 and T校验器, each with a Validate method.
Bump gormmom to v0.0.2 plus the newest deps; the go version stays the same.
Update the examples, docs and tests to match the validation-first design.
