2.97.0: wire functional panels into til-select branches + figures (#307)

Second of two PRs for #303 (panel definitions landed in 2.96.0). Closes #303.

- run_selection_pipeline: add activation (AIM) + exhaustion branches; the
  exhaustion branch replaces the old enrichment (tumor-reactivity) branch.
  New is_top_/is_branch_/subset_top_ columns for both; is_branch_any /
  is_immunogenic / funnel labels updated. Candidate union now includes the two
  new branches (behavior change). enrichment_genes_preferred /
  --enrichment-genes kept as deprecated aliases that seed exhaustion.
- CLI: add --activation-genes (AIM) and --exhaustion-genes; --enrichment-genes
  deprecated (defaults empty).
- selection_scatter_panels.png is now a real plot_signature_map (cytolytic ×
  exhaustion, candidates highlighted) instead of a placeholder.

Closes #303.
