Fix nushell snippet using invalid ||| pipe syntax

The multi-completer and explicit-command nushell snippets used ||| (triple
pipe) for pipeline continuation lines, which causes a parser error since
nushell treats || as a boolean OR operator. Replaced with proper indented
single-pipe continuation syntax (    |).
