feat: jq support and security enhancements

- `dchook-notify` now supports a `--jq` parameter that uses
  `gojq` to provide post-processing of the response payload.

- Most flags on `dchook` and `dchook-notify` now have both short (`-p`)
  and long (`--port`) variants.

- `dev` versions (local builds) are no longer supported by either
  `dchook` or `dchook-notify` unless `--allow-dev-versions` is provided
  on _both_ command-lines.

  This closes a security hole that exists where version checks are
  skipped on `dev` versions.

- `DCHOOK_URL` should be the base URL (e.g., `https://example.com`), not
  including `/deploy`. `dchook-notify` now halts with an error.

- `dchook-notify` will warn when no subcommand is given before executing
  `dchook-notify deploy`. In v2, `dchook-notify` will halt with an
  error.

- The integration tests now perform response validation to ensure that
  the responses are the expected data.
