Reshape gormmom into a database-safe naming guardian

Drop the code generation engine; keep one job: validate that GORM table, column and index names are database-safe.
Rename the check to Validate and expose it on a single Config too.
Add chainable Options, plus a hook to pass a custom GORM naming scheme.
Add negative tests that prove bad names get caught.
Bump erero and gorm to the newest patch.
