chore: migrate @well-known-components/tracer-component to @dcl/tracer-component (#486)

Replace the last migratable @well-known-components dependency,
@well-known-components/tracer-component (^1.2.0), with the @dcl
equivalent @dcl/tracer-component (^1.0.0). This is a drop-in
replacement exposing the same createTracerComponent API.

- package.json: swap the dependency and update package-lock.json
- src/components.ts, test/components.ts,
  test/unit/schema-validator.spec.ts: rewrite the import path

@well-known-components/interfaces, logger and env-config-provider are
intentionally left in place.
