fix(test): use fake timers to reliably drain reconnect setTimeout in CI

The online-watcher test was flaky in CI: the reconnect timer (setTimeout 0)
is a macrotask — flushPromises only drains microtasks. Activating fake
timers after mount (so IDB init uses real timers), then advancing by 1ms
makes the assertion deterministic regardless of event-loop scheduling.
