Introduce codegen Address and lower mem ops through it

Add Address (frame slot vs global label) as the home abstraction.
StackMachine builds Address from legacy Value storage flags
(addressOf adapter), lowers Address to MemoryOperand, and uses
address kind in bindResult for globals. Value flags unchanged until
a later object-map phase.
