chore: migrate @well-known-components/tracer-component to @dcl/tracer-component

Replace the last migratable @well-known-components/* dependency,
@well-known-components/tracer-component, with @dcl/tracer-component@^1.0.0.

The createTracerComponent API is a drop-in replacement, so only the
import path in src/components.ts changes. The package.json dependency
and lockfile are updated accordingly.

Kept on @well-known-components: interfaces, logger, env-config-provider.
The existing @dcl/http-tracer-component is left untouched.
