Update cart layout and user guide button

Adjust cart text positioning and width, and make the User Guide button show a hover icon. cartView.style.js: move textContainer down from 90px to 95px and reduce maxWidth from 738px to 550px. linkButton.js: add useState, import color and gray SVGs, and toggle the end icon on mouse enter/leave (with alt text) so the icon changes on hover. linkStyles.js: remove flex/display/align/gap layout rules for the link (hover and border behavior retained).
