* Bump version to 4.1.0 and update template files

* Swap Aggregator class for paginated DAO, add core method, update tests

* Silence mypy errors (created a ticket to fix this in hexkit)

* Add endpoint and change core method name

* Rename summarize endpoint to summary and add tests

* Further simplify preview_events()

* Fix where the wrong event publisher mock method was referenced

* Add return type to get_summary

* Remove unhit mock from test

* Remove wrong test case
