chore: bump aedes-packet to ^4.0.1 (#110)

aedes-packet@4 preserves MQTT v5 properties and messageExpiry when
wrapping packets via new Packet(). aedes-persistence still pinned ^3.0.0,
so when the broker resolves aedes-packet@4 npm nests a separate v3 under
persistence and the v5 fields are stripped on the queued/retained
round-trip. Bumping the range lets npm dedupe to a single v4 copy.

aedes-packet@4 raises its floor to node>=20, which this package already
requires.
