feat(key): add Rebulk.check_keys() to flag declared keys no pattern produces (#73)

declare_keys binds a converter/type to a match name; a typo or a name kept
after its pattern was removed silently no-ops. check_keys() compares every
declared key name against the names every built pattern can emit (its name
plus regex group names, across the rebulk and its children) and returns the
ones matched by none, sorted.

The full pattern set is considered regardless of disabled(context), so the
result is deterministic and config-independent — assert `not rb.check_keys()`
in a test so a typo fails fast in CI instead of silently doing nothing. An
allowed_unused allowlist exempts names intentionally declared without a
producing pattern. Documented in README.
