Externalize node: builtins in rspack browser bundle

The @fiduswriter/document and citeproc-plus packages contain Node-only
code paths that dynamically import node:fs/promises, node:path and
node:url. Those paths are guarded by process.versions.node / file: / http:
checks and never run in the browser, so we can safely leave the Node
built-ins external instead of trying to bundle them.

Also exclude citeproc-plus from source-map-loader because its source map
references files that are not shipped in the package.
