Update golang.org/x/crypto to v0.52.0 to fix CVE-2026-39835

Fixes denial of service vulnerability in golang.org/x/crypto/ssh where
SSH servers using CertChecker without setting IsUserAuthority or
IsHostAuthority could panic on crafted certificates.
