[Tests] Change Classes namespace to Fixtures (#60)

# Description

Renames `tests/Tests/Classes` to `tests/Tests/Fixtures` across the test
suite to better reflect the purpose of these files — they are test
fixtures, not production classes. Mirrors the PHP change.

## Changes

- **`tests/Tests/Fixtures/`** — renamed from `tests/Tests/Classes/`; all
fixture files moved accordingly
- **`tests/Tests/Unit/**`** — updated all imports referencing the old
`Classes/` path to `Fixtures/`
- **(sindri)** — updated derived-namespace assertions and the fixture's
embedded namespace (`Sindri.Tests.Classes` → `Sindri.Tests.Fixtures`)
and path-substring assertions (`Classes/Config` → `Fixtures/Config`)
