CI: pin nightly toolchain to nightly-2026-06-19

The `c0nst::c0nst!` macro tripped on a const-trait-syntax change in
nightly toolchains shipped after ~2026-06-19. PR #123 fixed the
earlier 06-19 break and CI was green on `nightly-2026-06-19` then;
nightlies since have regressed the same surface again.

Pin to the last known-good nightly to unblock unrelated PRs.  A
follow-up will adapt the macro to the latest nightly syntax and
unpin.
