refactor(webui): migrate log viewer to /api/events?topic=log; bump bb pin (#596)

- replace /api/logs?source=browser with /api/events?topic=log + eventName='log'
- parse event data as json {ts,level,tag,msg}, render as '[L] [tag] msg'
- fall back to raw string on json parse error
- remove dead resolveErrorStatus fetch to retired /api/logs/status
- update diagnosticsState.test.ts fixtures to json; add url/eventName assertion
- bump bb pin to 63de81c (post-#588, retires /api/logs)
