feat(bb_log): unify log stream onto bb_event (structured JSON at /api/events?topic=log), retire /api/logs (#588)

- add `log` bb_event stream topic (non-retained) emitting {ts,level,tag,msg} json per line
- forward log lines off the hot path via a new non-blocking sink in s_log_vprintf + dedicated task
- serve structured logs at GET /api/events?topic=log via the unified SSE writer (event/data/id framing + last-event-id)
- retire the legacy /api/logs and /api/logs/status raw-text SSE routes
- CONFIG_BB_LOG_EVENT_AUTO_ATTACH defaults y (primary log transport); forwarder queue depth via CONFIG_BB_LOG_EVENT_QUEUE_LEN
- keep bb_log_stream_drain/s_rb (bb_sink_ws consumer) and the bb_diag panic tap intact
- update in-repo /api/logs references (route schemas/fidelity tests, http noise-suppression comments, CLAUDE.md)
