* test: parse real openssl ML-DSA certificates end-to-end

Add self-signed ML-DSA-44/65/87 certs (openssl 3.6) as DER fixtures and a test
that drives the active CertParser (der and TLV backends) over each, then
verifies openssl's self-signature with krabipqc. Exercises the SPKI OID
classification and SPKI/TBS extraction on real DER — until now only synthetic
`CertView`s covered the ML-DSA parse arm — and confirms cross-implementation
agreement on pure ML-DSA verification.
