[Tests] Change Classes namespace to Fixtures (#129)

# Description

Renames the `Tests/Classes` directory to `Tests/Fixtures` across the
test suite to better reflect the purpose of these files — they are test
fixtures, not production classes.

## Changes

- **`tests/Tests/Fixtures/`** — renamed from `tests/Tests/Classes/`; all
