docs(why): reframe opening as three backend issues

Replace the two-direction paragraph with a Mintlify bullet list that
names typed boundaries, developer experience, and production runtime as
separate pressures. Each bullet is phrased as an issue (what needs to
hold) rather than a feature list, and the Forst pitch now addresses
all three with one shared schema.
