Back the demo CRUD with a shared postgres database via gorm.

- Both demo services share one postgres database; the biz code runs genuine gorm CRUD instead of fake data
- DeleteStudent cascades onto a student's articles inside one transaction, guarded with a row lock
- CreateArticle/UpdateArticle take a sharing row lock so a student cannot vanish mid-write
- ListStudentArticles adds one student's listing; list pages now sort id ascending
