cpp line control: add `#line` feature, close #361

This is not exactly new directive because of special syntax rules (must
start at beginning of line and with hash symbol), so it's like special
command, mimicking GNU gcc's line control:

(as closely as feasible without implementing whole C preprocessor and
compiler)

This command is targeting compiler writers who generate sjasmplus .asm
files out of other programming language source, like Pascal (Pasta80
project) and similar.
