Add single-command snippet generation for each subcommand

Each completer subcommand can now produce its own shell snippet
(e.g. `carapace-magick identify _carapace bash` generates a snippet
that registers only the `identify` command). This enables per-command
registration alongside the existing multi-completer snippet, and
matches the interface carapace-bin expects when invoking individual
completers.
