rework the zap bridge onto stdlib slog (kratos v3)

- drop the hand-written zap-to-kratos bridge; use the zapslog package from zap upstream instead
- rename the bridge func from NewLogImp; it now hands back a stdlib slog value
- the public access methods now hand back a stdlib slog value
- add a third access method with an explicit name
- drop the two convenience methods, gone in v3
- go.mod drops kratos and erero, adds the zapslog module
- align CI workflow with template: checkout v7, upload-artifact v7, action-gh-release v3
