fix: embedding update race and test mocks

- retry_on_conflict on the reply-request article update to resolve the CreateMediaArticle version-conflict race (third concurrent writer was un-retried).
- Split real-API integration tests (GCS/Vision/Gemini/BigQuery) out of the per-PR CI gate into a nightly/manual integration workflow; the per-PR job now runs credential-free, so no API cost or external-service flakiness blocks PRs.
- Add mocked unit tests (genAITranscript, transcript/media util, fetchStatsFromGA, replaceMedia) so coverage stays above the prior baseline without real API calls.
