fix(lsp): isolate providers analyze test in temp module

The LSP regression test wrote and deleted `examples/in/rfc/providers/go.mod`
in cleanup while running under `t.Parallel()`. That raced with `TestExamples`
walking `examples/in/`, causing intermittent CI failures when `go.mod` was
removed mid-walk.

Copy `providers.ft` into `t.TempDir()` with a local `go.mod` instead of
mutating the committed examples tree.
