converters.state: name world/net flag bits, fix gameSessionFlags

Name two more verified flag bits from incoming.exe: worldStateFlags bit0 =
worldReady (EnableShadeModeAndWorldReady sets it) and netControlFlags bit0 =
netPlayActive (StartNewNetGame sets it for a live session, clears it solo).
Correct gameSessionFlags bit0 to splitScreen: StartNewNetGame documents it as
the split-screen flag (it gates seating a second local player), which supersedes
the earlier inferred inGame name.
