TST: Relax rtol on IVP analytic-comparison tests for Windows CI (#841)

* TST: Relax rtol on IVP analytic-comparison tests for Windows CI

test_solve_fixed_trajectory and test_interpolation intermittently fail
on the windows-latest / Python 3.13 CI job because the numeric ODE
solution diverges from the analytic Solow solution by ~1.14e-7 near
steady state, just over assert_allclose's default rtol=1e-7.

Relax rtol to 1e-6 on the three numeric-vs-analytic comparisons (also
test_solve_variable_trajectory, which shares the same failure mode) to
tolerate platform-specific floating-point differences. Follows the same
approach as #667 / #633.
