fix: unbreak feature-powerset check, tests, and tx examples (#1238)

- Gate Hash/Hasher import behind the serde feature (fixes the no-default-features / feature-powerset build).
- Refresh the aged-out testnet tx digest in the get_transaction example and graphql-client tests.
- Use ObjectDigest::MIN in MoveAuthenticator test fixtures after the digest newtype split (#1232).
