tests/test_tools: isolate LD_LIBRARY_PATH in unshield test

test_run_unshield_with_lib exercises the branch where LD_LIBRARY_PATH is unset,
but it asserted exact equality against the lib directory. On CI (and any host
that exports LD_LIBRARY_PATH, such as actions/setup-python) the variable is
inherited and prepended, so the assertion failed. Clear it with monkeypatch so
the test deterministically covers the empty branch; the append branch is already
covered by test_run_unshield_lib_appends.
