Fix six bugs found in bug review of initial implementation

- Remove redundant ExpectedPlusOptionName token type since ActionOptions
  already generates both - and + form completions
- Remove DisableFlagParsing from argstreamCompleteCmd so --trailing-space
  and --profile flags work; allow zero args on argstreamCmd
- Restrict knownToolNames to only tools with profiles (remove conjure,
  stream, animate, display, import) and match ActionToolNames
- Fix span calculation for profile-filtered options that don't consume
  a value argument (was always p.pos-2, now correctly spanEnd-1)
- Remove duplicate gravity option definition that silently overwrote
  the first occurrence
- Fix optionUid to distinguish - vs + forms in URL path; remove unused
  params from styleForPlusForm and optionUid; use slices.Contains
  instead of custom generic helper; remove unused ValueGrayscale and
  ValueIntensity constants
