* test: hermetic mTLS canned-handshake regression test

Replay a seed-0 fixture whose server flight carries a CertificateRequest
through DefaultStream::connect with .with_client_auth(), asserting the
client's protected TX (ClientHello || Certificate || CertificateVerify ||
Finished) is byte-identical to the captured reference. This exercises the
full WithClientAuth engine path in CI with no network — previously only the
builder unit tests and a live server covered it, so an engine-wiring
regression would have stayed green. Fixture captured once against a local
openssl s_server; see testdata/packets_mtls/GENERATION.md.
