docs: full docs/ quality pass (structure, conciseness, consistency)

Harmonize the docs/ folder in one presentation-only pass: no technical or
mathematical content was changed.

Structure / consistency
- Add a See Also section to pde.md, quadrature.md, and random.md so all 14
  methodology docs follow the same intro -> math -> algorithm -> cross-ref
  pattern.
- Relocate the "Parameter sensitivity g" subsection in yield_curve_jacobian.md
  out of the Timing section and under "The Inverse Jacobian and Bucketed IR
  Risk", where it logically belongs.
- Extend the README index entry for yield_curve.md to cover joint simultaneous
  calibration and joint-vs-staged drift.

Conciseness
- Drop the duplicated line-search sketch from the Exact Fit iteration in
  underdetermined_search.md; the full Backtracking Line Search section already
  covers it, and the iteration step now links forward.

Voice (no process vocabulary)
- Replace "Phase A" process vocabulary in aad.md and yield_curve_jacobian.md
  with current-state references (single-curve, LOG_DISCOUNT).
- Strip source line-number citations from the PTIRDS experimental note (rule:
  reference structs/files, never lines).
- Convert the PTIRDS phased plan and its follow-up-agent sequence into a
  current-state description of the extension work; drop the agent sequence.

Accuracy
- Fix the install snippet comment: the AAD backend default is Adept, not native.
