Support username/email prefix on Bitbucket ATAT API tokens

When a Bitbucket token is supplied as "username:ATATxxx" or
"email@domain.com:ATATxxx", detect ATAT in the password portion and
use x-bitbucket-api-token-auth as the URL username, discarding the
caller-supplied prefix. Plain "username:token" and
"email@domain.com:token" (non-ATAT) continue to use the prefix
directly, with the "@" in email addresses encoded as "%40".

Also reverts the over-broad GitHub/GitLab credential-splitting that
was added in the previous commit — those platforms are unchanged.
