ci: merge unit + integration coverage via Coveralls parallel

- Add sourcemap to UMD build so puppeteer-to-istanbul maps to src/
- Integration job now runs nyc report after tests
- Both unit and integration upload to Coveralls with parallel: true
- finish job sends parallel-finished webhook to merge reports
