* fix(test): run full VCR replay suite in CI and fail on missing cassettes

The data-source PR (#178) changed the default test root page title from the
canonical `Tests` (which the committed cassettes are normalised to) to
`Ultimate Notion Tests`. On offline replay the search response still comes back
titled `Tests`, so `search_page`/`search_ds`' exact-title filter dropped every
object and `require_page`/`require_ds` skipped: CI was silently `8 passed, 210
skipped`. Restore the canonical `Tests` default; a maintainer whose live root is
named otherwise still overrides via `UNO_TEST_ROOT_PAGE`.

Also make `require_*` fail (not skip) in pure-replay mode (`--record-mode=none`),
so a new `@pytest.mark.vcr` test added without a recorded cassette can no longer
pass CI green by silently skipping. Now `204 passed, 14 skipped`.

both mypy and ty (not mypy alone).
