Extract shared weighted per-player update into updatePlayer (#1028)

Rebased onto main after #1024 merged. All five Weng-Lin models map the
team-level omega/delta (scaled by the partial-play weight) onto each player
with the same call; pull that shared tail into a updatePlayer helper in util.
Pure refactor, no behavior change — full suite (incl. weights parity) passes.
