test(vcr): skip test_sync_google_tasks on live re-record when Google creds absent (#385) (#387)

`custom_config`'s live-record branch (vcr-rewrite / vcr-off) now checks for
the Google OAuth creds (`client_secret.json` + `token.json`) before yielding.
When they're missing it `pytest.skip`s with a pointer to CONTRIBUTING.md
instead of letting the test body run, which would `rmtree` the sync state,
`delete_all_taskslists()` against the live workspace, make live Notion calls,
and leave the cassette deleted/empty — forcing a manual `git checkout` to
restore it after a full-suite re-record.

Offline replay (vcr-only) is unaffected: that branch injects fake-but-valid
creds and is untouched.
