fix(bb_wifi): guard egress-probe ip_addr_t union for IPv4-only builds (B1-371) (#574)

- dual-stack ip_addr_t union (.type/.u_addr) only compiles with LWIP_IPV6=y
- IPv4-only consumers (TaipanMiner fleet, CONFIG_LWIP_IPV6=n) failed to build
- guard with #if LWIP_IPV6 so ip_addr.addr is used in IPv4-only mode
